Dimensions
Kevin and Victor Hong

A point
has no dimensions
no length, no width, no height
and uses no space.

The line
has one dimension
you can measure it
but only along one trace.

A square
has two dimensions
it goes here and there
and makes a perfect base.

The cube
has three dimensions
it’s like a square, but taller
actually encloses space.

Time
is the fourth dimension
you can’t see it
except its analogy, a clock face.

Energy
the next dimension ?
sometimes particle, sometimes wave
with no volume to displace.

Infinity
more dimensions, too many to measure
each orthogonal, none intersecting
takes us back to…

The point.
